As the fight against the COVID-19 became increasingly urgent, the community have responded to calls for the urgently needed anti-epidemic materials after the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia. Some called for help from all sides, some travelled thousands of miles to bring back anti-epidemic materials in person. Therefore, some of our member companies took actions to fight the epidemic together with everyone from all aspects.

On January 20, Top Ideal senior managers quickly held an emergency meeting and set up an emergency epidemic prevention special operation center. Top Ideal express team and sales team began to look for medical supplies worldwide to participate in the rescue, and carried out support activities from the aspects of logistics assistance and material donations.

Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, in order to enable the aid supplies sent to the hospitals and institutions in need ASAP, the company has established a supply chain platform for overseas medical products and provided overseas people and domestic consignees with free customs clearance at Shenzhen port, free expedited delivery within the city, free transfer at Shenzhen warehouse for 3 months and other related services for their medical donations imported from overseas.

On January 25, WTD customs clearance service team was commissioned to provide customs clearance services for imported medical donations from the United States, including 196 protective suits and 29 pairs of goggles. WTD's professional customs clearance staff worked overtime and prepared the relevant donation supporting documents in advance. The medical materials arrived at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport on January 27. With the strong support and cooperation of the customs, the medical materials were given priority to handle through the Green Channel at 15:30 pm after their arrival in Guangzhou. At 18:00 pm, the aid supplies were trucked out of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport by WTD and successfully delivered to customers. At present, the supplies have been sent to major hospitals in Wuhan to support the medical workers fighting against the disease at the front line.

After being informed of the outbreak of COVID-19 and the shortage of medical supplies in China, GBTIMES CEO Mr. Zhao Yinong collected the needed aid supplies at once in Finland and participated in donation assistance at the first time.

Recently, Guangdong Zhaoqing Jinsheng Personal Medical Care Product Co., Ltd. contacted with SNACKSCM, hoping that SNACKSCM would provide one-stop import supply chain services for its imported production equipment, automatic mask machine. Operations and business resources are very scarce during the Spring Festival holiday and in this severe epidemic situation, but fighting the epidemic is our combat mission. SNACKSCM immediately set up an internal working group and unconditionally undertook the task. Within 8 days, the mask machine was put into production to support epidemic prevention.

Taking advantage of its own resources, on February 11, the company purchased 4,000 disposable surgical masks, which were presented to Shenzhen Daily to support the front-line media workers.
