Representatives of IFA were Invited to Visit the Representative Office of Georgia Partnership Foundation in Guangzhou

In order to strengthen mutual exchanges and cooperation between Guangdong Imported Food Association, Chamber of Commerce from various countries and trading partners. On April 30, at the invitation of the representative office of Georgia Partnership Foundation in Guangzhou, Ms. Tan Wenyi, deputy secretary-general of IFA, visited the representative office in Guangzhou for an exchange and was warmly received by Ms. Tamar, manager of representative office of Georgia Partnership Foundation in Guangzhou.

First of all, Ms. Tan Wenyi, deputy secretary-general of IFA, briefed Ms. Tamar, manager of Representative Office of Georgia Partnership Foundation in Guangzhou, on the general situation of our association. Manager Tamar also introduced the background of GPF, saying that Guangzhou representative office was the first representative office of the foundation in China. The foundation attached great importance to the south China market, and hoped to strengthen cooperation with our association in the future, starting from Guangzhou, jointly promote Georgian wine and food through various effective ways such as organizing business docking activities.

Then, Mr. Zhou Yu, director of the Belt and Road Eurasian trade cooperation and exchange center, had a friendly exchange with Ms. Tan. Director Zhou has a better understanding of the status and functions of our association and hoped to strengthen cooperation with the association in the future to build a more effective communication platform between the representative offices of various countries and domestic trading enterprises.

This visit has further deepened the mutual understanding and trust between IFA and the Representative Office of Georgia Partnership Foundation in Guangzhou. In the future, the two sides will continue to strengthen cooperation with each other to bring more quality Georgian food to Chinese consumers.
