IFA President was invited to visit the Consulate General of Malaysia in Guangzhou
On May 19, Guangdong Imported Food Association President and his delegation were invited to visit the Consulate General of Malaysia in Guangzhou. The two sides had an in-depth discussion on the purpose of promoting the export of Malaysian products and enhancing Malaysia’s image in the international market.
President Qi introduced the Malaysian side to the relevant services of Food2China Four-in-One and the current situation of imported food industry. As a result of the coronavirus outbreak, foreign companies are unable to negotiate with domestic importers face to face at present, so the two sides have reached agreement on carrying out F2C Online Match precise match meeting which focuses on Malaysian snack food.
The e-commerce platform on FOOD2CHINA.COM website has been highly recognized by the Malaysian side, and they said they will introduce this platform to more SMEs in Malaysia in the following days. Moreover, they also expressed the hope that IFA could play its important role in South China and help promote this year’s online MIHAS.
Through exchange, the two sides have reached consensus on a series of cooperation issues. More in-depth cooperation and exchange will be carried out in the future through the F2C website platform and diversified online promotion services.
