Director of Yuexiu District Bureau of Commerce and her Party Visited IFA

On August 30, Ms. Luo Yun, director of Yuexiu District Bureau of Commerce, and her party visited IFA and were warmly received by president Qi. The two parties had an in-depth discussion and put forward their own opinions on how to promote the development of imported food industry in Yuexiu District.

President Qi, on behalf of the association, welcomed the arrival of the representatives from Yuexiu District Bureau of Commerce and introduced the development status of IFA as well as the status quo and development trend of imported food industry in Guangdong Province. He has also talked to the delegation about the Food2China Expo hosted by the association, which will be held from September 19 to 21 in Area C of China Import & Export Fair Complex. As a professional imported food exposition with the highest proportion of international exhibitors in South China, there will be a group of enterprises from dozens of countries (or regions) participating in the exhibition, and thousands of varieties of overseas primary sources of goods will be presented at the exhibition.

Luo then put forward her own views on the development of imported food in Guangzhou city and Yuexiu District. She also mentioned that the association was a very good resource sharing platform and played an important role in promoting the development of imported food industry in Guangzhou city and Guangdong Province. At the same time, she was very optimistic about the upcoming Food2China Expo, which will be a huge feast among the imported food industry.

In order to make new contributions to accelerating the construction of a new pattern of opening-up, IFA will give full play to its advantages in resources, and actively strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Yuexiu District Bureau of Commerce in the future.
