As a benchmark for innovation across the industry, SIGEP China offers a 360-degree perspective on desserts and coffee tailored to the strong consumption potential and vibrant commercial opportunities in South China and the Greater Bay Area. Centered around five key segments — artisanal Italian gelato, bakery, patisserie, coffee, and pizza — the exhibition showcases new products, technologies, trends, and formats that collectively explore the "sweet world" of the industry.
